Queen is one of my favorite music groups. I photographed Queen in concert in 1976 and 1977. After showing my pictures to an Electra Records exec, I was asked to photograph Queen in Milwaukee. It was a great thrill to receive a phone call from Queen's manager the following day asking if I'd photograph them again in Chicago. That was a high point in my photography career to be front stage at many Queen concerts and to have them use my photographs worldwide in concert books, CD booklets, and promotions. I am particularly proud to have entertained Queen band members two years in a row in Chicago and have them refer to me as their favorite photographer at the time.
